Using this site

You may use this site to learn about Ighodalo Labs, contact us, register interest, join the Builders Network, and apply as a founder once venture intake opens. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Submissions and registrations

Registering interest does not reserve a place, guarantee admission, or create an obligation for Ighodalo Labs to admit a venture into the Studio or allocate resources. Joining the Builders Network is not an application for employment with Ighodalo Labs and does not guarantee placement on a Venture Pod. Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side until a separate written agreement is signed.

Intellectual property

The Ighodalo Labs name, logo, and site content are owned by Ighodalo Labs Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ighodalo Labs Ltd and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this site or your submission of materials. Complete liability terms will be updated upon finalization of onboarding with external legal counsel (CrestHall Attorneys).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
