How the Builders Network works

The Builders Network.Joining adds your capability, experience and availability to our Builders Network for review when ventures need hands-on contributors.
Earn a stake.Ventures are encouraged to keep a builder equity pool. Meaningful contribution to a venture can earn you equity in it. Any equity is agreed in writing with that venture and depends on your contribution.
Not employment.Joining the Builders Network is not an application for employment with Ighodalo Labs, and does not guarantee work.
Venture Pods. When a venture needs what you bring, we may invite you into that venture’s Pod. A Pod is built around the venture, and any role, terms and time commitment are agreed for that venture.
Venture Architects.Experienced members may be invited by Ighodalo Labs to guide ventures as Venture Architects.
