Core ActivitiesA short diagnosis of the customer, the evidence so far and what the venture needs. It ends with a decision to build or to stop.
Core ActivitiesAssemble the people, product and systems the venture needs, and run experiments that produce evidence.
Core ActivitiesThe venture graduates and grows under its own team, through the route that fits.
Core ActivitiesEvery active venture gets an evidence review at least every 90 days. The review decides one of three things: ship it to Scale, iterate with a new target, or stop active support for that thesis. Stopping applies to the thesis, not the founder.
