AI lowers the cost of proof.
Small, capable teams can now test more, learn faster and build with fewer resources. Human judgement remains accountable for what that work means.
Two examples from inside the studio. One builder and an AI assistant built and tested a working AI memory system for Venture Library in three days. Qualify Africa went from concept to a working site in three days as well.
Neither number is a claim about AI replacing builders. Both are a claim about the cost of finding out whether something works.
When proof is expensive, a studio can only afford a few bets, and each one carries so much sunk cost that stopping becomes politically hard. When proof is cheap, the same studio can run more experiments, stop the ones that fail sooner, and put its people where judgement actually matters.
AI increases leverage across research, diagnosis, company design, product work, operations, documentation and monitoring. Human judgement and accountability stay where they were. That is the whole arrangement.
